 Server at Northridge Restaurant

Northridge Barn at Woolverton Inn is looking to hire Servers who are available to work, as needed throughout the year, at our restaurant and event space located in Stockton, NJ—looking for day shifts during the weekends and night shifts Wednesday-Sunday. Weekend shifts are a must. Hours can vary depending on bookings.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional hospitality experience, anticipating and exceeding guest expectations.
• Receive orders, serve food and beverages with precision, grace, and attentiveness.
• Monitor guest needs throughout service and provide timely  feedback and follow-ups.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, stations, and service areas.
• Assist with side work, including polishing glassware, resetting tables, and preparing for service.
• Ensure accuracy of  all orders and guest receipts
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Requirements:

• Prior experience and good references
• Reliable transportation
• Age requirements: 18 years and older
• Strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and highly detailed environment
• Motivated to work in a “tip-sharing” environment
