42nd Street at Music Mountain Theatre in Lambertville

January 5th – 21st

42nd Street is one of show business’s most classic and beloved tales, full of tap dances, popular musical theatre standards, and show-stopping ensemble production numbers. It tells the story of Peggy Sawyer, a talented young performer’s rise from showgirl to star – the stuff of show business dreams.


Lambertville – New Hope Winter Festival

January 21st – 29th

2018 marks the twenty-first year for this festival that consists of many family and adult-oriented winter activities which raise funds that are given back to the community. Enjoy a healthy, invigorating cold-weather experience in our river town communities with artwork, food, drink and music.


Fonthill Escape Room at Fonthill Castle in Doylestown, PA

January 26th & 27th

Mystery and intrigue await those who dare to enter Fonthill Castle’s Escape Room. Enjoy the adventure of this whirlwind physical adventure game where the only way to solve the mystery is for groups to work together to uncover clues, figure out puzzles and discover the location of Bluebeard’s key before time runs out. This experience includes a 30-minute candlelit tour of the castle. Reservations are required, recommend for children over 12 only.


Dinner Theater: Murder at the Moulin at Sand Castle Winery in Erwinna, PA

January 27th

Set the stage to solve the murder: The Moulin Bleu has seen nothing but a decline in business since the Moulin Rouge opened down the street. Monsieur and Mademoiselle Ennui, the owners of the club, are desperate to find a solution to their problem. They come up with a plan that is more than a little disreputable, and the repercussions could be deadly.


 

Carmen at Roxey Ballet in Lambertville

February 2nd – 11th

Choreographed by company founder Mark Roxey, this electrifying one-act ballet is highly contemporary, and stylized in abstract decor. This sizzling tale of seduction and betrayal was first presented at Prince’s Theatre in London in 1949. Based on the fabled temptress of Seville, “Carmen” is a sensually vivid and passionate story of lust and treachery.


Escape the Mill at Prallsville Mills in Stockton

February 2nd – April 2nd

Can You Escape the Mill Before Time Runs Out? In this real-life adventure game, groups of 4 to 12 people are locked in a room. You’ll have to crack codes, solve puzzles, find clues and escape in less than 60 minutes. This experience is an excellent opportunity for small groups, corporate and team building exercises and parties of every type.


George Washington’s Birthday Party at Washington Crossing Historic Park

February 18th

Help George Washington celebrate his 286th birthday on Sunday, February 18, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at Washington Crossing Historic Park. This is a great event for the whole family, and admission is only $1. Various children’s activities will be offered, and kids are encouraged to bring homemade birthday cards to present to General Washington and enjoy the cake that he’ll cut with his sword!

Mercer Mile Museums (Fonthill Castle, Mercer and Michener Museums)

Fonthill Castle was the home of Henry Chapman Mercer (1856-1930), archaeologist, anthropologist, ceramist, scholar and antiquarian. This castle was built between 1908 and 1912. , Mercer built Fonthill between 1908 and 1912, both as his home and as a showplace for his collection of tiles and prints. Mercer personally designed plans for a museum to house his collection. Fonthill Castle and Mercer Museum have permanent exhibits that bring history to life.
