A Woolverton tradition, we will precede the dinner with Apertivo hour starting at 5:30pm.  We’re inviting a local sheep farmer to explain and share various local Sheep Cheeses.   Mario will  offer  wine pairings to complement the cheeses and other appetizers.

Spring is also the season of sheep shearing. As we send off our fresh wool to be cleaned and spun, we’ll be showing off  the lovely yarn from our flock of 5 that just came back from the mills in PA.
