Hosting a safe outdoor meeting that complies with today’s pandemic-world guidelines is possible with the right venue. The Woolverton Inn has everything you are looking for. Woolverton Inn welcomes groups from 2 to 200 at our safe outdoor meeting venue, ideal for New Jersey corporate retreats. We have 15 guest rooms to host a core group of attendees overnight, and can recommend other excellent accommodations close by. Make use of our main house patios, or build your outdoor meeting room in our spacious, gable-framed tent. Catering is available for on-site lunch, cocktails or dinner, and transportation can be arranged for off-site meals or activities. Start your day with a beautiful country style breakfast, and then get to work. If your agenda includes team-building or some “down-time” you will find many various activities along the Delaware river and in our surrounding towns. We can also suggest options for having some fun without ever leaving our grounds.
Last summer, we hosted a group of creative and inspiring education leaders from Northern New Jersey who were looking for a safe outdoor meeting venue for their annual strategic planning session. Our clients gathered 15 attendees under our spacious outdoor tent, rented tables, chairs, linens, and fans, and met productively for five days in the open air.
The Space
Our event tent is the perfect spot to hold your safe corporate outdoor meeting. The tent features a large wooden (40 ft x90 ft) floor, and is equipped with electric power and lighting. Our large outdoor venue can accommodate up to 200 people. We can source supplies such as easels, screens and even microphones for guest speakers with the help of our rental partners. As experienced meeting hosts, we work directly with you to understand your detailed itinerary, meeting objectives and any special requests. Your meeting success is our first priority.
The Area
When its time for a break from your corporate meeting, take your guests out and explore the Delaware River Towns! From charming country towns like Frenchtown or Lambertville, to the lovely vistas overlooking the River, there is plenty to see or do. Visit Bucks County, Pennsylvania and golf at The Bucks Club with your colleagues. Bike rentals are very popular, as we are located in one of the best biking/hiking areas in the state. Check out some great local hiking trails on the AllTrail App, paired with the best spots to stop along the way. For those who appreciate art or theatre, the Bucks County Playhouse and Doylestown Museums are just 15-30 minutes away.
