What better way to get an authentic taste of Bucks County than to go straight to the source at one of our many nearby farmer’s markets? Choose which one is open during your stay and stroll and sample your way through the stands featuring the best local produce and flavors.

A favorite amongst our guests, simply walking along the Delaware River’s 40-mile towpath is a fantastic way to familiarize yourselves with this beautiful area. Walking distance from the Inn and with many paths to nearby parks like Ralph Stover State Park, Bowmans Tower and Wildflower Preserve, and Sourland Mountain.

Take in the stunning fall foliage and fresh autumn air on two wheels! Be sure to check out our Country Excursions Package for the perfect mix of indulgence and exploration.

Visit a Nearby Winery or Brewery

A favorite activity any time of year, but even more so in the fall. A perfect time for tasting both whites and reds, and of course the many seasonal ales that are always fun to sample. Lucky for you, there are several local wineries and breweries close by and we’d be more than happy to recommend the best based on your preferences. New favorites include Great Barn Brewery and The Salt House in New Hope.

Pick Apples at a Local Vineyard

Fun for families and couples, apple picking is a classic fall pastime in this part of the country and there are a few beautiful orchards in the area to spend your afternoon.
