The weather is finally warm and we’ve created our latest pop up dinner to welcome Spring !  The magnolias and daffodils are blooming,  and we’ll be tilling the garden soon.  In the sheep pen,  its almost time for the annual sheering, and we just received our first batch of spun Woolverton Wool from 2018.    To welcome Spring,  we’ve designed a special evening dedicated to  Sheep and enjoying delicious Spring Cuisine.

Handmade cheese

 

5:30-6:30pm   Apperitivo

Valley Shepherd Creamery of Long Valley, NJ http://www.valleyshepherd.com will be here to talk about raising sheep and preparing  their handmade cheese . Of course we will be sampling the cheese with some of our favorite local wines.

6:30pm  Dinner is Served  (BYOB)
